CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Guidelines unless different on individual trip: Cancellation penalties apply to passengers cancelling a trip under the following conditions: *** CalCo Travel will charge a $25 cancellation fee, if a refund is due, to cover time and expenses associated with a trip, plus any other non-refundable charges (such as show tickets or admissions), if cancelled for any reason by the passenger. *** If trip is cancelled within 59-31 days of the departure, the Agency will retain a $100 fee to cover time and expenses associated with a trip, plus any other non-refundable charges (such as show tickets or admissions), and refund the balance. *** If trip is cancelled 30 or less days of the departure, the passenger will not receive any reimbursement. If the passenger finds someone to take their place they will be given a full refund minus any name change fees and a $100 cancellation fee. *** If another travel agency is performing tours for CalCo Travel their cancellation policies will apply (i.e. forfeiture of initial deposit). *** If a name change is required, due to passenger error, the passenger will be charged a minimum of $25.00. *** Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation Guidelines for Airfare, Cruises and International Travel Tours. *** Airfare is non-refundable. *** Trips cancelled more than 100 days out, initial deposit will be forfeited, plus a $100 cancellation fee. If another travel agency is performing tours for CalCo Travel their cancellation policies will apply (i.e. forfeiture of initial deposit), plus a $100 agency fee. *** Trips cancelled 100-61 days out 50% of the trip is forfeited, plus a $100 cancellation fee. *** Trips cancelled 60 or less days out — no refunds will be issued. *** Travel Insurance premiums are non-refundable and non-transferable.
