Extended Services & Programs
In addition to our General Services, we offer extended services and a host of programs that assist those that are homebound, impaired or for caregivers providing assistance to those in need. In addition to the general services offered by the association, we also provide additional assistance, outlined below, for those with special needs. For additional information, or to inquire about qualifications or other needs we highly encourage residents to contact us.
Medicaid Waiver Program
The purpose of the Medicaid Waiver Program is designed to help senior citizens remain independent in the lifestyle of their choice. The program is available to those 60 years of age and older. There are no fees for these services, however, certain restrictions apply.
- Emergency Alert Response: A device which monitors the homebound elderly client in their house.
- Homemaker: Light housekeeping, shopping and errands.
- Personal Care: Assistance with bathing and dressing.
- Respite: Services that provide companionship and relieve the caregiver of a frail person 2 to 8 hours per day.
Home Care For The Elderly
Provides for the financial assistance to the caregiver of an aging person. The program can also assist with a special subsidy. Certain restrictions apply for this program. Please contact us for details.
Alzheimer's Disease Initiative Program
Provides for the respite care to the caregiver of an Alzheimer patient or patients with other dementia problems.
